Notes: Extraordinarily uncommon copy to the trade, being SIGNED and inscribed warmly by the author to the publisher, Rene Julliard, there being no additional copies in state thus available on-line. Handsomely produced little tome bound in printed, illustrated stiff paper wraps in gate-fold, protected further in stiff Mylar taped thereto. One of a limited number of 3000 copies printed on Bouffant papeteries de Navarre, unnumbered. General toning to endpapers, remaining text, but clean, unmarked of interior. Four original lithographs by English artists and muralist Barbara Crocker bound in, each in a duotone (red and white), quite nice. 132 pp.
