A beautiful biographical catalogue featuring the paintings and career of Cecil C. Bell (1906-1970), an American artist. Bell was a member of the Ash Can School of painting. Many of his works shown herein depict bustling city scenes and crowds of people. Some of his paintings show the rural countryside, seascapes, and landscapes, but many of these, too, appear alive with commotion and movement. Authored by Phyllis Barton.
