Pages have light age toning, else pristine and intact. This book features selected essays written by Eric Gill (1882-1940), an English typeface designer, letter cutter, printmaker, and sculptor. This copy contains a laid-in keepsake booklet, A Letter from Sussex (Chicago: Cherryburn Press and the Society of Typographic arts, 1950), by H. D. C. Pepler. The keepsake is Very Good, has gray paper wrappers, and is 14 pp. (unpaginated). The keepsake features a printed version of a letter by H. D. C.
